The Montauk Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) has agreed to allow Surfrider Foundation members Tom Muse and Mike Bottini to present our position on the Army Corps of Engineers' proposal to build an artificial dune reinforced with geotextile bags on the public beach in downtown Montauk.
