Army Corps of Engineers will be at East Hampton Town Hall Thursday, September 26 at 11:00am to discuss construction of some version of seawall and/or groins described in the recently released plans shown below. (Note there are 6 pdfs).
PLEASE COME TO THE MEETING, bring as many friends as you can. The Army Corps of Engineers has indicated they could authorize some version of this work as an emergency project and start building this winter using Hurricane Sandy relief funding.
