This year, our chapter held our first ever holiday party for our active members. Many Surfrider chapters host similar events during the holiday season, and we wanted to try hosting one ourselves!
We're happy to say that we had 51 people come out to the Southampton Publick House for this event! Members got to meet, mingle, enjoy complimentary beverages and appetizers. We also had raffles and some Surfrider swag for sale. After our private party in the back bar, some stayed for the live music up front by Bingo Bango.
We hope this will become a new annual tradition as our members enjoyed having a social event and it inspired so many people to renew their memberships or join for the first time. Plus, our members do so much for our chapter and we wanted to use this as an opportunity to thank everyone who continues to stay involved.
